Digital Goods

Due to the digital nature of our products (including but not limited to e-commerce consultation, mentorship sessions, digital resources, and downloadable content), all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital goods purchased through our website or services. We encourage our customers to carefully review the product descriptions and requirements before making a purchase.

Physical Goods

For our physical products, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the physical product to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, unopened and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).

To initiate a return for a physical product, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Masterclasses

If you have enrolled in a masterclass and need to cancel your participation, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled masterclass session to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the masterclass session will not be refunded.

To cancel your masterclass enrollment, please contact our customer service team with your enrollment details as soon as possible. Refunds for timely cancellations will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

General Terms

  • Refunds will only be made to the original method of payment.
  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • VIP Money Farm reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return request does not comply with this policy.
